Returns Policy
Product Condition
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers’ box.
Return Condition
- If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact your vendor within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the seller profile of the specific item.
- Please note that no products are eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”
- Please note that we do not accept any return for “Change of Mind” unless the seller states otherwise.
- For electronic items, warranty and other after-sales services will be provided by the seller or manufacturing company as per their policy. You are advised to check the terms of warranty clearly while buying and abide by. Dealme will not be liable for any warranty related issue.
Refund Policy
If your returned item is accepted by the seller and it satisfies all conditions to claim a refund, then you can ask for a refund. Dealme offers a refund in the following ways:
- Credit Card/Debit Card Refund: Refund through Credit Card or Debit Card refund requires 10-12 working days from the day it has been initiated. The refund method is only applicable if you have used the same method for payment.
- Bank Refund: Bank refund requires 7-10 working days from the day it has been initiated. For this method, you need to provide specific bank account information. If any information mismatch happens and refund procedure fails due to such reason, Dealme will not be liable for further delay.
- bKash Refund: bKash Refund requires 3-5 working days from the day it has been initiated. You need to provide specific bank account information. If any information mismatch happens and refund procedure fails due to such reason, Dealme will not be liable for further delay.
